How does the Macronutrient calculator work?
Once you set up your caloric intake goals, whether to lose, maintain, or gain weight, you can adjust how much daily macronutrients you need as of percentage and the calculator will convert that into grams.
For example, if you’re on a keto diet, you can set up your carbohydrates at 5%, fats at 75, and protein at 20%. If you’re on a low-carb diet, you can set up your carbohydrates at 30%, fats at 20%, and protein at 50%.
